Oh the joy of a boy!

I had so much fun during my session with sweet Benji! This little man loves to smile, and he is so perfect to photograph. Benji is going to be a big brother very soon, and I cannot wait to meet his baby sister!

{Photography} My little model

Every parent's joy is photographing their child, especially as they grow. I always have the pleasure of photographing my beauty, Alyxiss (6). She has a stunning skin tone, striking eyes, dark hair, and an outgoing personality like no one else. I'm especially lucky that she loves to work the camera, and the camera loves her. The sunlight last night was so inviting, it was warm with a beautiful color cast; it made this session very enjoyable!

Tonight I was reminded of why I wanted to be a photographer in the first place...I wanted to give back. Sometimes I need that reminder, this was it. So I may not be #1, but that's okay because this is what feeds my soul. ♥
